The villas are close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, shopping and beaches.
Right next door to the Villa is a beautiful green-belt that is home to a wide variety of birds, iguanas and other interesting wildlife. It is 1.5 blocks from the beachfront and 1.4 miles from town center.
The Private Pool is 30 X 50 feet and 10 feet deep with surrounding privacy fence .A pier is close where you can shore fish or be picked up and dropped off for tours, snorkeling or diving adventures.Having a pool is a great advantage here in San pedro as the sea grass beds do interfere with swimming from the beach in many places. All the villas are air conditioned, have telephone, and have Cable TVs in every room (including the bedrooms), There are screened and private porches and a fenced back yard with a picnic table for your pleasure. |

San Pedro Town center is only a short drive by golf cart (the most popular means of transportation) which we can arrange to have delivered to your door. You can also walk to town in about 15 minutes along the beach. On weekends the Front Street is closed to vehicular traffic after 6pm. Locals and tourists find this a great time to meet each other.
